The processor that works where you sell.
A gateway seam, not a hardcoded vendor.
See pricingA payment processor is a regional decision wearing a technical costume.
Stripe is excellent and does not settle everywhere. BAC Credomatic settles across Central America and is unknown elsewhere. Rather than pick one and call it architecture, payments sit behind seven ports — authorize, capture, void, refund, tokenize, session, details — and a region installs whichever adapter actually clears money there. Swapping one is a configuration change, not a rewrite.
What comes with it
Ordinary commerce, built once.
Before the money
Carts and orders
Optimistic locking on the cart document, because two tabs are not a rare case.
Store credit
Gift cards, in-house
Held by us rather than a processor, reserved at authorize and settled at capture, so a later card failure cannot leave money spent with no order.
Where you sell
Regional settlement
One gateway per deployment today, chosen explicitly rather than by whichever install ran last.
